THOMAS2
(William1 and Helen [Stevenson]) came to America with his brother
William in 1785. Farmer with his brother on land bought for them by their uncle
Stevenson. In March 3, 1802, Thomas Gilfillan of Camace, “a parish in North
Britain,” conveyed to Thomas Gilfillan 105 acres of land in Barnet. (Town
records.)

1797, Janet, dau. Claud Somers, who d. Apr. 24, 1806, aged 29; 2nd, Aug. 20.
1807, Margaret, dau. John Hyndman (b. Dec. 24. 1785; d. June 23, 1834). He d.
Jan. 28, 1852. Member of Center Ch. and buried there.
