Submission Instructions for Cemetery Records

To submit information to this page click on "John A. Blair" at the bottom of the page. Please supply all the following information. If you are updating/correcting an existing record or linking to an existing record, be sure to include the Ref.# and Country/Town. Also check to make sure that the record you are submitting is not already listed.

Please send only people with the surname or maiden name of BLAIR and their spouses who are buried in Vermont.

Thank-you so much for your submission! Please include the following information in your e-mail:

• Name on Gravestone
• Date of Birth
• Date of Death
• Age
• Name of Cemetery
• Town of Township of Cemetery
• County
• Your name
• Source of Information: Book etc.
• Please indicate if the submission is a Blair known to you. If known please include the Ref.# and State/Country of anyone already on the list or make clear the relationships of those not on the list.
• Indicate if you would like an email link to yourself on your listings
• Indicate if you would like this information included in the " Blair Final Resting Places" project. 

The Blair Final Resting Places project is an attempt to gather together, in one location, information about the final resting places of our Blair ancestors around the world.
